1. Overview
motwasel is a subscription software service. This policy explains when refunds may be issued for paid plans.
2. Free trial
If your plan includes a free trial, you can evaluate the product before paying. No refund is needed during an unpaid trial.
3. Subscription charges
Paid plans renew according to the billing period you choose (monthly or yearly). By completing checkout, you authorize motwasel and its payment partners to charge the selected plan price.
4. When refunds may apply
We may approve a refund in these cases:
- Duplicate payment for the same plan period.
- A confirmed billing error on our side.
- A request made within 7 days of the first paid charge on a new account, if the account was not used in a meaningful way (for example: no live WhatsApp campaigns sent and no active production usage beyond basic setup).
5. When refunds are not available
- After the 7-day window on a first payment, except for duplicate charges or proven billing errors.
- Renewal charges when the subscription was not cancelled before the renewal date.
- Partial unused days inside an active billing period.
- Accounts suspended for policy abuse, spam, or terms violations.
- Third-party fees charged by WhatsApp, carriers, or payment providers outside motwasel.
6. Yearly plans
Yearly plans are billed in advance. Unless a case in section 4 applies, yearly payments are non-refundable after the first 7 days.
7. How to request a refund
Contact us from the Contact page with your account email, payment reference, and a short reason. We usually reply within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method when the gateway allows it.
8. Cancellation
You can cancel auto-renewal from your account so you are not charged for the next period. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current period.
9. Changes
We may update this refund policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
